Annual Gathering!!

Guys! once again the annual gathering is coming soon!! this time, there will be interesting and exciting games to play and most of all is to interact with our new freshies!!

the purpose of this gathering is a bonding event for the freshies who shown great enthusiastic in learning to be proficient in at least one instrument before they graduated with the current CO members. Thank you people for chosen NYPCO! whoray!

during that day, a "thank you" party will be held for the ex-committee members who has made contributions and the commitments to the CO. We thank them too.

ATTENTION TO FRESHIES

Hi Freshies,

Please pass all your grading forms to any of the orchestra members you seen in the co room by latest Monday. Alternatively, if you do not see any members there, please leave your grading forms in the clear folder that is paste outside the co room.

Take note that the grading forms must have your Names and Admin Number. =)

The results of the posting to various section will be released on:
14 May 2007 (Monday).
Please see the NYPCO noticeboard and the blog for results.

For those who wishes to appeal to another section, please do so during Wednesday's theory lesson, please make your appeals to the person-incharge there. We will not entertain anymore appeals after wednesday 16 may 2007.

The appeals results should be known on:
19th May 2007(Saturday) via Blog /Nypco Noticeboard

1st payment date and details are as of the following:

Amount: $365 (Nyp Students)
$605.75 (Nyp Alumni)

Payments are to be made through Edusave Forms as well as NETS at Student Admin Office at Blk E level 4.

Edusave forms please pass them up during next combined practice to me. Thanks!!

Next, for Rooming List, all please inform CHU JUN once u have confirmed who are your roommates, strictly 3 per room. No mixing allowed. =)
