THANK YOU for participating in the CO Xmas Gift Exchange Party on Saturday!! (= i believe many of you had an enjoyable time.

Thanks!! for those who put in effort in making this event a successful one, especially the year 1's who contributed much of their time and effort in the planning!!

I have another serious matter which i want to remind all members:

Please do turn up for both sectional and combined practices for the subsequent days. It is very important that we have good attendance rate so that we can practice together. Unless those who have exception who are on attachment or sick. It is also crucial that we all put in effort in doing our part well such that we can put up a commendable performance for all to see. We NEED to have 100% attendance rate from all of us. Looking at the current situation, we are BELOW satisfactory.

Mr Chiang has put in his effort into this Orchestra, the only part that we can contribute is by doing well in each of our own part. Please motivate each other to come for practices. Don't we all want to put up a good performance so that we can have better opportunities in the future? Like going overseas.

The subsequent finalized repertoire will be out, and schedule will also be out soon. Please check your own timing against the schedule and plan your timing properly (=

Couple of announcements to make

1. This week Wednesday got no combined practice, as well as Saturday. However Sectionals are still on. (=
2. There will be an intensive music camp on the coming 17 - 19 Dec 2007. Please attend it as it will be a fruitful session. There will be BBQ held on the 19th Dec 2007. (More details will be up soon, look out for it.)
   
3. Please try and keep CO room clean, we still have an annual concert to work on!! Pick up any rubbish you see and throw. Thanks alot!!! (really!)
   

Will be back for updates on the intensive music camp organize by RAYMOND our welfare who have kindly plan the programme. Please support him! (=

These are the details given for 1st august, Wednesday meet the Principal Session.

Date: 1st August 2007
Venue: NYP staff lounge (Just above Kou Fu)

Reporting Time for Members: 2.45pm (For those who have test until 3plus, please come to co room after that. )
Reporting Time for Logistics: 2.15pm

Logistics In charge: David/Aaron , Yi Fei and all other guys who can help to move the instruments over asap, so that we can save time. All guys please help with the instruments, sincere thanks!

Hi Fellow CO mates,

There are some issues that i need to bring forth attention to all of you. As we know, exams and debarring period is here, i understand that there are quite a number of you have gotten warning letters despite submitting all your excuse letters up.

I urge everyone to contact your PEM(personal mentor) who should be able to assist you. By right, the AIMF trip and other mayflower perfomance, and auditiorium performance should not affect your attendance because they are all valid reasons. Therefore, please double check clearly to ensure that none of you are in the debarment list.

If there are anymore of you who needs the approval letter that indicate you have been approved of going for AIMF, please msn me or call me. I will forward them in to your mails.
